At JobsInMA.com we offer a subscription package that can allow you to get sophisticated with your recruiting efforts. It includes unlimited job postings during the subscription duration, a free company profile, and access to stats on job and company profile views. All subscribers also have access to the Employer Resource Center with helpful recruiting articles, case studies, and the Recruiting Review newsletter.

Premier Subscription

The Premier Package includes a number of features that allow customers to go further with their online recruiting efforts. Premier product content such as JobWrite, Company Profile Design, Video Company Profile, etc. may be used in promotional pieces by JobsInMA.com.

• Unlimited Job Postings for the duration of your subscription. Premier subscribers can use formatting such as bold, italics, and bullets. They can also post logos, photos, and even link to employment applications on their own website.
• Company Profile. Premier subscribers are able to post information about their mission, benefits, and other information about their company to attract job seekers. As with job postings, only premier customers may post logos or photos to their company profile.
• Apply Online option. Premier customers can allow job seekers to apply for their positions directly from their JobsInMA.com job postings. This makes it easier for job seekers, resulting in more resumes. Optional Pre-Screening questions allow premier subscribers to easily narrow down the candidate pool to the most qualified applicants.
• Resume Database. Premier customers can proactively search for qualified candidates in the JobsInMA.com Resume Database. The database is full of thousands of resumes from Massachusetts job seekers that are actively looking for employment.
• My Stats. Premier customers can not only track the number of job views and company profile views, but can also see how many people have applied online to their postings and how many jobs were emailed to a friend.
• HR Made Simple, brought to you by JobsInMA.com, is an online Human Resources library that helps small to mid-sized businesses manage their day-to-day HR activities, maintain compliance with employment-related laws and regulations as well as provide HR best practices, policy and procedure information.
• Job Wrapping. Premier customers can set up their JobsInMA.com postings to interface with the leading providers of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) so their job postings automatically flow from their company's database to ours - saving time and resources (there is no fee for this service, though your ATS system may charge a set up fee.)
• Video Company Profile. Premier customers who have a corporate or recruiting video can post the video on their company profile or job postings for no extra charge. (Premier Level customers also have access to additional products and services to help them reach the most qualified job seekers.)
