Real Estate BROKERS License Class (8 Weekdays- Plymouth) Starts FEB. 4th

CLASS DATES: February 4, 6, 8, 11, 13, 15, 25 & 27th (No class during school vacation week)
CLASS TIMES: 9am - 2pm

NOTE: When you purchase a ticket to this event, it will only show the first day of class, however, all dates advertised in the event above are included in the course fee. This class is offered in conjunction with the Real Estate Licensing Academy. .
Completing this 40 hour state required licensing course, qualifies you to sit for the State of Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers License examination. Additional qualifications needed: only available to current MA Real Estate Salesperson Licensees who have been affiliation with a MA Real Estate Brokerage(s) for a minimum of 3 years and have worked at least 25 hours per week. *Note: licensees who have worked for more than one brokerage during the 3 years time will need each brokerage to certify the timeframe agent worked for their company. The course fee includes: textbooks, practices exams and a PowerPoint of the entire course. Some of the topics you'll learn: Property Ownership, Land Use Controls & Regulations, Valuation & Market Analysis, Financing, Principles of Agency, Property Condition / Disclosures, Contract Law, Transfer of Title, Fair Housing, Antitrust, Consumer Protection Laws, Real Estate Calculations, etc.
Naturally, students learn far more from in-person instruction and interactive discussions than they will watching tedious videos or podcasts. For this reason, all of our licensing courses are taught in-person; face to face. Greenwood Real Estate School prides itself on delivering a unique learning experience. You will learn how to prepare for the exam through various group discussions, break-out sessions, practice tests and fun games. Students educational experiences are further enhanced with guest lectures from mortgage & legal experts from time to time. Classes are taught by real estate professionals who bring their real world experiences to the classroom. Students learn much more than what is on the test. They learn how to survive in the industry and have thriving real estate careers.
* Student must attend all dates & times outlined above to receive their Certificate and qualify to sit for the state examination. All sales are final & non-refundable.

In any event, the school will work with the students to reschedule missed classes.
