8 Massachusetts Employers with Plans to Hire

Here's a recap of recent hiring plans. 

Jarvis surgery had received a state loan and they plan to expand its production facility in Westfield, MA. This will allow them to add about 24 jobs, update their equipment, expand its manufacturing operations, and this should help further the industry.

Raw Seafoods has an expansion as well for a new cool storage facility and began rehabilitating a neighboring building, for use of this expansion. When this project is finished, they will hire another 40 employees.

Moderna Therapeutics received laboration deals and fundraising, leading to them having around $1.4 billion in cash. They have many plans with this money, they want to put $100 million on a new manufacturing facility. They would like to hire an additional 100 people to add to their current group of 450. Eataly, an italian marketplace, is set to open a location at the Shops at Prudential Center, taking over the food court. They plan to hire around 600 employees. Apply here.

Amazon had began to welcome workers from the south coast, as they decided to increase their workforce from 500 to 1,000. They wish that people continue to apply if interested in a position.

In 2016, Domino's Pizza was looking to hire 1,000 new employees throughout different locations in Boston, MA, and the southern NH area. They still have several open positions, in which some are general and assistant managers, delivery, and customer service.

Digital Ocean opened a new office to create more jobs in 2016, they still have several open positions as well. Some of these are in engineering, sales, and data & analysis.

USPS was looking to hire 500 full time letter carriers in the Bay state around the end of 2016. It is encouraged to visit their website, as there are many positions still listed.
